• Which AI tools the company uses
• Chosen interest (help getting connected, or launch information)

We also keep the registration source and date, your consent record, the status of your request and administrative notes needed to handle it. The form does not create a service account; account and sign-in data for the Fjordova service is covered by the service privacy policy, not this notice.

Consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a) applies to your registration and related contact. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@fjordova.com.

Registration details are stored in our managed Lovable Cloud application database. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers.

The form submits your details to the application database, not to an AI service for generating a response. This is separate from connecting business systems: information retrieved for a connected system passes through Fjordova for processing and is shared with the selected AI service.

We keep your registration details until you withdraw consent, or at most 12 months after you submitted the form, after which they are deleted.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). To exercise your rights, email support@fjordova.com.
